Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.JOTHEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.KRIPAKARAN Advocate for the respondents the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone, was granted on 28.01.2016 and the matter has been kept pending till now.

2. In the circumstances, interim order already granted by this Court is made absolute and the miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
