When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation, submitted that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, a notice has been issued and the sixth respondent has also produced a plan. 2.In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent to conclude the proceedings initiated pursuant to the issuance of notice within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent to hear the petitioner also before passing any order. It is needless to state that if the proposed construction is in accordance with the plan, the second respondent is not required to take any further action. No costs.
