2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.02.2014, enquiry was conducted and closed on 28.02.2014.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
