This petition has been filed to relax the condition (4) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6086 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5931 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5931 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.6086 of 2025 is relaxed.
