This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it appears to be a money dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, in connection with sale of goods.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
