PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall appear and sign before any other police station in Chennai City or Kanchipuram instead of the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5763 of 2025 by order dated 03.03.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.6(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5763 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5763 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, once a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 03.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5763 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. Page No.2 of 4

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
