Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant based on the proposal sent by the third respondent in his Na.Ka.No.196/A1/2013 dated 14.02.2013.

O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 22.07.2010 on compassionate grounds. The grievance of the petitioner is that his services have not been regularised so far by the first respondent. In this regard, the third respondent has sent proposal,dated 14.02.2013 to respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant, based on the proposal sent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.196/A1/2013 dated 14.02.2013.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the proposal of the third respondent dated 14.02.2013, relating to regularisation of service of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
