After arguing the writ petition for a considerable length of time, this Court is able to find out that a private complaint filed by writ petitioner is pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sri Perumbudur and the writ petitioner is pursuing the same.

2. When this Court express its views in this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Since the writ petitioner is a practising Advocate, he is also directed to make an endorsement to that effect.

3. This writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
