ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 8(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in the order dated 28.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4954 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4954 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 is relaxed.
