PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5890 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5890 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025.

2. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.

3. Recording the said fact, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5890 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025.
