Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22141 of 2020 in Crime No.23 of 2020, dated 09.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GOVINDARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22141 of 2021 on 09.12.2021 to appear before the Respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
