The present petition has been to accept the cause title including the second respondent as a party respondent in Cont. P.D.No.45407 of 2023.

2. This Court vide order dated 03.02.2021 allowed the writ petition in W.P.no.8892 of 2019 by setting aside the impugned order dated 08.03.2019 passed by the second respondent and remitted the matter back to the second respondent for fresh consideration and said order is not complied with.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent has not decided the issue and however, the SRO, Arani has passed fresh order in the subject matter on 02.06.2023. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful default.

4. In such view of the matter, the Sub Application is closed. Consequently, the contempt petition is also closed at the SR stage itself. 09.06.2023 2/4
