PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to pay compensation as awarded by the Subordinate Judge, Hosur in LAOP.No.32 of 2004 and further direct the respondents to pay compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- for the harassment caused mentally and physically.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to pay compensation as awarded by the Sub Court, Hosur in LAOP.No.32 of 2004.

The learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that already the enhanced award amount (enhanced amount per 2/4

acre is Rs.6,50,000/-) has been deposited in LAOP.No.32 of 2004. 3.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file application before Sub Court, Hosur for withdrawal of the enhanced award amount and Sub Court, Hosur is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest, if any. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
