Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 09.03.2022 in the Bail petition Crl.OP.NO. 5535 of 2022 in Crime No. 247 of 2017 that "(c) the petitioner is directed to appeal before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" and pass such other suitable orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SINAGARVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5535 of 2022 on 09.03.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) on instruction submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. It was further submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed and the final report is yet to be filed.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.5535 of 2022 on 09.03.2022 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
