ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 31.07.2009 passed in W.P.No.14931 of 2009 has been violated by the respondent, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the communication issued by the respondent in Letter (1D)

No.190/Ni.Va.2/2013 dated 24.06.2013, rejecting the claim of the petitioners.
