O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate forum and she has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

"The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to make representation before the statutory forum and obliged."
