The award dated 11.08.2017 made in W.C.No.2 of 2017, is under challenge in the present civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled out of Court. Therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the present civil miscellaneous appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, C.M.A.No.541 of 2018 stands closed. No costs.
