Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order of rejection passed by the 3rd respondent dated 18.07.2015 (Enrolment No.6300047) published in NET and quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the remaining course of selection (Physical endurance and Oral test) for the post of Sub Inspector of Police for the year 2015 based on his marks secured in the written test.
