ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.39 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is running a medical shop in the name and style of Dean Medicals and induced the defacto complainant to invest money in the said Medical shop and thereby collected a sum of Rs.1,77,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. Thereafter the petitioner neither returned the principal amount nor paid profits earned in the business and cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint was registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that it is a case of cheating. He would further submit that the petitioner had swindled the money from the defacto complainant to the tune of 1,77,00,000/. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. .Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
