These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 2200 days in filing the application to set aside the exparte decree dated 09.03.2017 ; to set aside the exparte decree dated 09.03.2017 passed by this Court in C.S.No.155 of 2013.

2. Since the applicant / defendant had admitted his liability and paid the entire decree amount along with interest and that has also been accepted by the plaintiff, the applications in A.Nos.2550 & 2552 of 2023 are dismissed as infructuous.
