Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.20771 of 2018 directing that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.LOURDU SAVIO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20771 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 7 and 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 in Crime No.16 of 2018 while granting bail to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 8 days and that the investigation is in the midway and hence, this petition may be dismissed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
