This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to amend the petitioners names viz., 1. Nagarajan Thirupathi, 2.Bhuvaneswari Eswaramoorthy, 3.Murukaiyan Muthu and 4. Alamelu Murugaiyan instead of 1.T.Natarajan, 2. Bhevaneswari, 3. Murugaiyan and 4. Alamelu dated 07.02.2024.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition stands allowed amending the petitioners names viz.,

1. Nagarajan Thirupathi, 2.Bhuvaneswari Eswaramoorthy, 3.Murukaiyan Muthu and 4.Alamelu Murugaiyan instead of 1. T.Natarajan,

2. Bhevaneswari, 3. Murugaiyan and 4. Alamelu.
