This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading the complaint, it appears that this petitioner is an actor and during shooting, there was a ruckus, between the villagers and the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
