O R D E R

(Judgment of Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this Public Interest Litigation, as the authorities concerned have already proceeded in pursuance to the representation of the petitioner. The District Collector vide letter dated 08.06.2015 addressed to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udumalpet, directed survey audit to be conducted and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udumalpet, in turn vide letter dated 04.07.2015, has asked the Tahsildar to conduct a detailed enquiry along with the survey audit and to send a report. The petition has been filed on 17.07.2015.

2. We are of the view that the authorities concerned having taken action are expected to conclude the proceedings as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The writ petition stands closed with the aforesaid observation No costs.
