O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that who had initially challenged the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Criminal Revision Petition No.11 of 2016 dated 01.09.2017 now concedes that the said order is now confirmed and the direction can be given to the expeditious trial. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the trial has commenced in the said proceedings.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee to expedite the trial in STC. No. 113 of 2014 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
