This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2012 based on the direction issued by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Arcot in CMP No.4414/2012 in direction Nos.2706/2012 dated 12.12.2012 and 657/2015 dated 03.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.133 of 2015 for the offences under Section 294[b], 447, 506[i] IPC. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
