This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Special Judge, TINPID Court, to appear before the TINPID Court on the first working day of every month.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent opposed the prayer, by stating that some more recovery proceedings are pending and other investigation proceedings have to be done with the presence of the petitioner.
3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition as per order dated 15.03.2022 for another three months and thereafter, the same shall stand relaxed.
