This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that this dispute is essentially civil in nature and no positive direction can be issued.

4. If there is any violence perpetrated on the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner, to lodge a fresh complaint and on such complaint being given, the respondent police is directed to take action in accordance with law.
