The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 3rd respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.1346 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.1346 of 2014 and the enquiry is almost completed.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent police is directed to file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
