Crl.M.P.No.6515 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3405 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3405 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.23 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem, and the next hearing date is on 07.06.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3405 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem on 07.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
