Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BHUVANASUNDARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.MA.P.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the first respondent and the second respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though notice has been served on the 2nd respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 193 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
