This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time of two weeks from the date of extension of time to surrender and file bail petition as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6452 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6452 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023.
