scheme of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and in respect of the Tender Reference No.529/EDP/2018 dated 23.06.2018 for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance (SITC&M) of Smart Class rooms in 3000 Government Primary and Middle Schools in rural areas to facilitate learning of subjects with the aid of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) by issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus quashing the said two tenders and consequently directing the third respondent to issue invitations of the said two tenders afresh including in the Indian Trade Journal as per the requirements of the rules and guidelines.
