This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of eight weeks in Crl.O.P.No.3574 of 2023 by order dated 21.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m, until further orders.
