By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring an extent of 3 acres and 0.25 cents out of 3.47 acres in Kariyan Karadiyalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, in Survey No.426 and having 1/12th share in the well and 5 H.P electric motor pump in S.No.427/1 through a registered settlement deed bearing document No.280/1985. For the purpose of availing bank loan, she has submitted an application dated 18.4.2014 praying for separate patta. It was also followed by a reminder dated 20.04.2015 to the first respondent. Since she has not been favoured with any response, she came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking note of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to submit one more reminder to the respondent enclosing a copy of the order passed by this Court along with a copy of his earlier representation dated 18.04.2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same in accordance with law after putting on notice to the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
