This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his brother, in connection with receipt of rents from the tenants.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register an FIR. If there is any violence is perpetrated on the petitioner, it is always open to the petitioner, to lodge a fresh complaint and on such complaint being given, the respondent police is directed to take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
