Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions in para 7(c) imposed by this Honble Court vide bail order dated 31.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6118 of 2021 (on the file of this Honble Court) In Crime No.27 of 2021 (On the file of the Inspector of Police, Kattur Police Station, Thiruvallur District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ILLIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6118 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.27 of 2021, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
