Respondent PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records in CMP.No.526 of 2021 in CMP.No.3994 of 2014 dated 28-04-2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tindivanam and to set aside the same by implementing the earlier execution order dated 05-03-2021 in CMP.No.3994 of 2014 in M.C.No.6 of 2010.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he has preferred the Civil Revision Petition challenging an order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam in CMP.No.526 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel submitted that even though he has certain merits to impugn the order now impugned, he does not want to stand on legality instead, he is willing to comply with the orders of the Magistrate. 3.The order of the Magistrate passed in the proceedings under the DV Act, has three conditions;

A) Direction to the revision petitioner to pay a compensation of Rs.20,000/-.

B) Litigation expenses of Rs.10,000/-.

C) Also Rs.10,000/- as rent for the accommodation. 4.The learned counsel submitted that the aforesaid order fixing certain amounts on the aforesaid three heads were done by the Magistrate on an contempt petition filed by the respondent. He submitted, it is hence, still on principle he continues to believe that the order passed is not in conformity with settled legal principles.

5.The Revision Petitioner is now required to deposit all that is now required to be paid in the aforesaid three heads before the learned Judicial

Magistrate Court No.1, Tindivanam within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
