Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records pertaining to the letter No.4867/G2/2014-2 dated 05.06.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15641/B2/2011 dated 22.07.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to continue to pay the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800+grade pay of Rs.4200 as on 01.01.2006.

After some arguments, Ms.S.Nandhini Devi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
