O R D E R

The revision petitioner seeks for a direction directing the trial Court to number the application filed by him in I.A.No.unnumbered S.R.805 of 2020 in O.S.No.47 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Panruti, dated 10.06.2020

2. On perusal of the unnumbered interlocutory application, it is seen that a direction was sought not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the suit property by the respondents in view of the injunction granted by the trial Court in O.S.No.143 of 2007. The trial Court has rightly returned the papers to implead correct parties and frame the application properly.

3. I do not find any infirmity in the order dated dated 10.06.2020 passed in I.A.No.unnumbered S.R.805 of 2020 in O.S.No.47 of 2019 by the District Munsif, Panruti. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the trial Court and workout his remedy therein. With the above terms, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . There shall be an order of interim stay.
