This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until charge sheet is filed in Crl.M.P.No.4140 of in Crl.O.P.No.14746 of 2023 dated 12.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed.
