This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 30.05.2015 and that, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
