This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection from the villagers while attending the temple festival in consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2025.

2. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the third respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry into the representation made by the petitioner dated 30.03.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
