The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider them for temporary promotion to the post of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.1571 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1575 of 2012 (Batch cases) dated 22.06.2015 subject to the outcome of the SLP Nos.35793 to 35796 of 2012.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of their representation, dated 16.07.2015, within a stipulated period.

4. In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioners, dated 16.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.Nos.1571 to 1575 of 2012, dated 22.06.2015, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
