ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner or his family members, in any manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on an oral complaint given by one Sridevi, wife of this petitioner, this petitioner was called for enquiry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he filed an anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.22346 of 2015, in which, the following order was passed by this Court. "2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed."

5. From the above, it is seen that without obtaining any written complaint from the said Sridevi, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner for any enquiry and harass him.

6. With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
