ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 406 of IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner cheated and sexually harassed the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would raise strong objection stating that the statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C has been recorded, in which the victim stated that the petitioner sexually harassed her. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
