(CRIME NO.173/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble court in Crl.OP.No. 14679/2021 dated 22.09.2021 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.14679 of 2021 on 22.09.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
