(Order of the court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J. ) The grievance of the petitioner is about a warrant issued against him in a different case. But, the present review petition arises out of a writ petition where he sought action against the very Magistrate, who acquitted him and that case has no connection with the other case.

Therefore, the review petition is dismissed, leaving it open to him to pursue the other remedies in respect of the case pending against him. (V.R.S., J.) (K.R.C.B., J.) 21.9.2015.
