ORDER

This petition has been filed to to produce the body of Petitioner's husband namely Sathish, S/o.Rajendiran, aged 27 years, before this Hon'ble Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd Respondent and set him liberty at once.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that eventhough the complaint was taken on file and CSR was issued by the respondent police in CSR No.143/2019, till date, there has been no progress in the case.

3.The respondent police is directed to register a man missing FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner and which is pending in CSR No.143/2019. The respondent police shall thereafter, proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636]..

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
