Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.Na.1/6922/2009-1 dated 27.1.2010 and also the entire records relating to the Government Order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.64 Finance (Local Fund) Department dated 25.2.2010 and to the quash the above said proceedings of the 3rd respondent and the Government Order issued by the 1st respondent to extent of non inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the panel for the year 2009-2010 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
Challenging the charge memo dated 27.01.2010 issued to him by the 3rd respondent and the regular panel for the year 2009-2010 relating to promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Local Fund Audit Department / Internal Audit Department published by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.64, Finance (Local Fund) Department, dated 25.02.2010, the petitioner is now before this court.
2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted accordingly.
